This is a partial listing of software for Bayesian networks, based on packages we have used for project or have had conversations with the authors about. The Wikipedia article on Bayesian networks has a reasonably up to date list of software and contact information. (In particular, the links to software often break as software vendors and research teams re-arrange their web sites. The Wikipedia version is more likely to be up to date.)
